Description
Reduced oil volume gas fryer. Reduce operating costs by frying more with less oil. Automated filter options available to prolong oil life. Increased safety for operators working with oil waste. Computer control can store up to 12 recipes and connect to automated filtration systems. R unit with a higher BTU rate for a more powerful frying "engine". 18" X 14" vat size allows for increased width and larger capacity. Filter system with built-in filtration to remove debris and extend oil life. Filter drawer with curved, swivel drain spout to eliminate hot oil splash during oil disposal. Filter Drawer with self-aligning filter connection for effortless hookup.
